[Norway coach Per-Mathias Hogmo] looked thunderstruck in the 78th minute when midfielder Unni Lehn sent a 40-yard cross to the U.S. goalmouth and Ragnhild Gulbrandsen punched it in with her noggin. Just like that, his team was leading the U.S. 2-1, but 12 agonizing minutes were left before Norway's own version of a Miracle on Ice was on ice.
