First album you bought? The first album I bought was Xuxa in Brazil. She is very popular in Brazil. The first album I bought in the United States was Phrenology by The Roots. I liked that they were playing with Jay-Z at the time. It really reminds me about my first trip to the Unites States when I listen to that album. I remember I couldn't speak English that well and I would listen to some of the songs and try to understand what they were saying. I was in New York when I first came here so I had to learn how to catch the subways and taxis and go around and talk to people.
First concert you attended? I saw Moby when they came into Brazil a couple years ago. I come from a small town, Sao Jose Dos Campos in Brazil, so big bands don't play there. I have to go to Sao Paolo to see them. Whenever people ask me where I'm from, I always have to say it again because it's so small. No one knows where it is. Sometimes I just say I'm from Sao Paulo so I don't have to go through that.
Rock star that you know? None. Not yet.
Rock star you want to know? Jack Johnson. I like his style of music. I also like Ben Harper, but I love Jack Johnson's songs. I really like that chill-out type of music.
Gnarls Barkley is... Not sure.
Britney Spears is... Loved by the paparazzi. She lives her life under the microscope. Everyone wants to talk about her. She's the girl that everyone wants to read about.
K-Fed is... Who cares?
When I sing karaoke... I don't sing karaoke. If I do sing, it's inside my house. I usually sing Every Little Thing by Bob Marley.
Song that reminds you of your first kiss? La Vie En Rose by Louis Armstrong. It's a very beautiful song and I have a lot of good memories with that song.
Song that makes you cry? Any Queen song. My mom was a big fan of Queen and whenever I hear one of their songs, tears come to my eyes and I think of her.
What you wanted to be at age 10? I wanted to be a dance teacher because my dance teacher when I was younger was so nice, so I wanted to be just like her. I always wanted to be the one in front of the class and teaching.
Athlete that you want to know? Ronaldinho. I love soccer and I think he's the best soccer player in the world and he sounds like he's a real down-to-earth, simple person. I think he's the most famous person in Brazil right now. Soccer in Brazil is crazy and he's the best player right now.
I'll spend Valentine's Day... At the SI Swimsuit Party, but if I wasn't, I would be with the person I love at home.
What attracts you to a man? If he's smart and funny and nice. I like polite guys. If the person is nice and makes me laugh, that's attractive.
