NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries, or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or postage due mail/entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you: (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements; and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted such that, in Sponsor's sole determination, the online method of entry cannot be conducted as originally planned (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes) and to select winner from among all eligible postcard entries received and all eligible online entries received prior to withdrawal.

The SI Swimsuit Photo Shoot Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (except residents of Alaska and Hawaii), age 18 or older at time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sports Illustrated, A Division of Time Inc. (the "Sponsor"), it parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win the prize. Sweepstakes governed by U.S. law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations.

There are two methods of entry: Method #1: To enter online, visit www.si.com/swimsweeps and follow all online instructions to complete and submit the online Entry Form in its entirety. Online entries must be received between 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 2/12/08 and 11:59 PM (ET) on 3/31/08. Online entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to Sponsor's privacy policy. Limit one (1) online entry per person or e-mail address per day regardless if entrant has more than one email address. Although subsequent attempts to enter on a given day may be received, only the first entry received from a particular individual email account will be eligible; subsequent attempts to enter in a given day will be disqualified. Method #2: To enter via U.S. mail, print your name and address on a postcard and mail to: SI Swimsuit Photo Shoot Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 9259, Medford, NY 11763-9259. Mail-in entries must be postmarked between 2/12/08 and 3/31/08 and received by 4/7/08. Each postcard entry must be mailed separately. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, garbled, inaccurate, misdirected, undelivered, delayed or postage due mail/entries. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced, altered or incomplete entries will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot be implemented due to delays or interruptions caused by acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, utility outages or acts of terrorism. All entries, regardless of entry method, become the Sponsor's property and will not be returned or acknowledged.

Prize & its Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize: A 3 night/4 day trip for winner and one guest to attend the 2008 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Photo Shoot (ARV: $10,000.00). Location and travel dates of photo shoot ("Event") are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and will be announced at a later date. Winner and guest must travel on dates specified by the Sponsor or forfeit all rights to the trip. Maximum ARV of prize: $10,000.00. Actual value of Grand Prize depends on winner's location and fares at time of departure. If actual value of trip turns out to be less than the stated ARV, then the difference will not be awarded in cash. Trip includes round-trip coach airfare from/to the closest major commercial airport nearest to winner's primary residence, 3 nights' double occupancy accommodations and selected meals as determined by the Sponsor. All meals (other than as noted), ground transportation, taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, service charges or other expenses not specified herein are not included and are the winner's sole responsibility. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary including same departure and return dates. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Winner and guest must comply with any security procedure or measures imposed by the Sponsor and/or Event coordinator(s) and/or its representatives who reserve its right in its sole discretion to suspend or cancel the participation of winner and/or his/her guest due to non-compliance with any security procedure or inappropriate behavior or misconduct. If the Event is postponed or canceled, no compensation or substitution will be provided and the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner other than to supply the remaining portion of trip to the location of Event. Should this be the case, trip must be taken within 12 months from the date of prize notification. If for any reason whatsoever, winner is unable to attend the Event for any reason whatsoever after all travel arrangements have been made and paid, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. If Grand Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID, passport or Visa) prior to travel. Winner's guest must be 18 years or older and will be required to execute and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1: 45,316.

Potential winner ("winner") will be selected in a random drawing on or about 4/21/08 from all eligible entries received under supervision of an independent judging organization ("judges") whose decisions are final. Winner will be notified by mail and will be required to complete and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and where permissible, a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release"), within 7 days of date specified on notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, all required documents must be completed by the winner's parent or legal guardian. If Affidavit/Release is returned as undeliverable or if required documents are not returned within such time period, or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or if he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be determined from all eligible non-winning eligible entries received. Prize awarded within 30 days after receipt and verification of completed Affidavit/Release. A background check may be conducted on Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest. At the discretion of the Sponsor, Grand Prize Winner and/or guest maybe disqualified if charged with or convicted of a felony or misdemeanor, or is not eligible based on the eligibility requirements set forth above. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Prize is non-assignable or transferable. No substitutions are permitted except if prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local sales and income taxes associated with winning prize. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness, video tape, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, trade, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission.

Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and the Sponsor, and release the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of prize or any prize related activity. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.

Arbitration: This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Sweepstakes shall be litigated only in courts sitting in New York, NY, U.S.A.
