There wasn't much room for improvement, but Koufax actually raised his game to another level in the World Series, recording a miniscule 0.95 ERA in 57 postseason innings pitched. He led the Dodgers to two world championships -- in 1963 and '65 -- and was the MVP of both Fall Classics.
