Then: An All-Pro defensive lineman for the Oakland Raiders in the 1970's, Sistrunk had a pass-rushing style that was as unpredictable as his emotional state.   Now: Sistrunk, 53, is a facilities manager at Fort Lewis, an army base just south of Tacoma, Wash.
