Athletic signal caller that never fully developed his quarterbacking skills, suffering with injury problems the past two seasons. Sets up in the pocket with solid footwork, patient and buys time for his receivers. Sees the field, goes through receiver progressions and takes what the defense gives him. Gets outside the pocket and make plays on the move, losing nothing on his throws. Sells both his run action and play-action passes, stands strong against the rush and places his throws nicely. Holds the ball around belt level setting up, does not sense pressure and holds the ball a little too long in the pocket. Does not always display top poise, has only average accuracy and throws terrible corner routes. Needs to stay healthy and must improve the finer details of his position.
