Former running back that started as the teams weak side linebacker the past two-years. Led the Cardinal in tackles as a senior totaling 92/8.5/5/0/2 after 81/14/8/1/4 as a junior. Teams top rusher as a red shirt sophomore, though he only produced 300 yards on the ground.

Hard-hitting, intelligent defensive prospect best at strong safety. Quick filling the gaps in run defense, effectively uses his hands to stay off blocks and takes good angles to the action. Pursues well laterally, stays on his feet and is constantly around the ball. Squares into his tackles wrapping up and breaks down well playing with good leverage. Gets caught up in the traffic, slow shedding blocks once engaged with the opponent and lacks the quick or fluid change of direction. Overall game lacks explosion and though a hard hitter, not strong at the point of attack and his tackles will be broken. Offers a lot of mental skills and toughness which should translate well onto special teams. Late Sixth Round.
