Two-year starter that saw spot duty with the first team as a red shirt sophomore. Second team All-Conference selection as a senior when he totaled 29/425/14.7/8 after 24/388/16.2/5 as a junior.

Athletic tight end that does an adequate job as a pass catcher and in-line blocker. Plays with forward lean, and blocks with solid fundamentals. Quick in all aspects of his game, plays faster than his forty time and works hard. Finds the open seam in the defense and extends, catching the ball away from his body. Solid route runner that stays focused throughout the action. Effectively uses his hands and blocking angles in pass protection but not strong at the point of attack, has trouble staying square and gets minimal movement from his run blocks. Slowed off the snap of the ball by jams and does not display the most consistent hands. Has some size and could be destined for the practice squad. Mid Seventh Round.
