Fulltime starting tight end last year as a senior and caught 6/79/13.2/1. backup defensive end his junior campaign, totaling nine tackles and one sack. Spent his first two-years in the program as a reserve tight end.

Athletic prospect that shows rays of eventually shining as a starting tight end. Breaks down well, plays with leverage and fluid releasing off the line of scrimmage. Adequate playing speed, runs well laterally and displays consistent hands when the pass is thrown in his direction. Strong at the point of attack, turns opponents out run blocking or anchors in pass protection. Keeps his feet active, can shuffle and slide and effectively uses his hands. Lacks blocking range, not a quick or explosive prospect and looks a bit tentative on the field. Saw minimal playing time early in his career thanks to the depth Notre Dame had at the tight end position and never took off when moved to the other side of the ball. Looks the part and has the underlying athletic skills which will help his cause but needs time and patience to further develop his skills. Free Agent.
