Three-year starter that also saw extensive playing action as a true freshman. Rushing totals were 22/86/3.9/0 as a senior when he also caught 12/101/8.4/1. Totaled 39 cumulative carries the prior three seasons.
Hard nosed blocking fullback best in a straight line. Tough, aggressive and looks to hit someone or take opponents out of the play. Strong at the point of attack blocking or carrying the ball; opens holes for his backs or breaks tackles taking the hand-off. Not quick out of his stance, stiff and does not redirect well or show good body adjustment. Runs with an upright style, does not break down well or display good footwork in pass protection. Inability to play outside the tackles coupled with his limited possibilities as an offensive threat pushes him into the late rounds. Late Seventh Round.
