Works his runs, puts his shoulder into the opponent and picks up the extra yardage on the way down. Makes defenders miss in the short field and possesses adequate hands as a pass catcher. Not a nifty or nimble back, lacks the corner speed and not overly elusive. Game lacks explosion and not a ballcarrier who runs over defenders and picks up a lot of yardage off initial contact.
