Selected by Philadelphia Eagles in round 7, pick 27 (238 overall)
Height Weight 40 Grade

Former tight end that was a fulltime starter the past three seasons. Finished with 51/4/11 as a senior when he also intercepted one pass and led the team by breaking up 11 more. Junior numbers were 47/11/1 after 38/4/1 the prior year.

Smooth, fluid athlete that makes plays all over the field. Quick off the snap of the ball, stays low to the ground and gets leverage on opponents. Fluid changing direction, displays speed to the flanks and relentless in his pursuit of the ballcarrier. Keeps his feet moving up the field and rarely on the ground. Displays the ability to effectively play off the line of scrimmage and pass defends nicely for a down lineman. Active, constantly around the action and looks to get involved. Slow adjusting the initial block or easily knocked out of his pass rush angle and must do a better job keep opponents off him. Ran poorly at the combine and though he plays faster than his listed 40-time, may still be too slow for consideration at strong side linebacker. May not get drafted but someone who can definitely help out at the next level as either a pass rush specialist or even a stand-up end in a three-four scheme. His approach to the game also lends us to believe he'll be a productive special teams player. Free Agent.
