Explosive running back productive the day he stepped on campus. All-Conference selection last season when his final numbers were 265/1,559/5.9/15 on the ground and 23/260/11.3/2 catching the ball. All-Conference selection as a junior when his running totals were 187/1,164/6.2/14 with six receptions. Used in a reserve role as a true freshman but still accounted for 49/251/5.1/4 on the ground, also seeing duty as a return specialist. Has been suspended for violating of team rules on more than one occasion in the past.

Nice-sized feature back that can handle the load for an offense. Fast and quick through the hole, also displaying speed around the corner. Runs to daylight if given a small amount of open space, picks up big yardage from the line of scrimmage. Also a strong back effective between the tackles. Improved his vision and patience last season, powerful in his lower body and picks up a lot of yardage off initial contact, consistently breaking the first tackle. Displays wiggle in his runs at the line of scrimmage or in the open field, works to bounce it to the outside and avoid piles while constantly looking to pick up extra yardage. Improved his hands steadily throughout his college career. Not the most instinctive or quick-thinking runner; indecisive, slow finding the running lanes and does not always run with great balance. Though strong blocking in pass protection, he is slow picking up his assignments. Not a natural receiver out of the backfield. Ran poorly at the combine but still plays a fast brand of football. Tremendous upside potential but needs time to refine his overall game. Cannot rely on just outrunning opponents at the next level or running over them and must develop the mental aspects of his game. If he accomplishes this and remains focused on the field, a big-time prospect. Mid First Round.
