First-year starter and an All-Conference selection last year leading the team in rushing with 291/1,464/5/10, also adding 19/169/8.9/1 as a receiver. Saw minimal action playing behind Travis Henry as a junior when his rushing totals were 81/359/4.4/7, adding six receptions. Started part of the season as a true sophomore in '98 after Jamal Lewis went down with a knee injury, finishing the year with 107/477/4.5/4 on the ground. Received some All- American consideration as a senior.

Smallish back with excellent running vision. Patient, waits for his blocks to develop and finds the hole squirting through the small creases in the defense. Quick getting to top speed, displays some wiggle and footwork with the ability to cut it back against the grain. Deceptively strong and picks up yardage off initial contact. Works his runs and keeps his feet moving forward. Adequate receiver out of the backfield and also blocks in pass protection. Runs with an upright style, lacks the explosive footwork for a smallish back and cannot run to daylight. More quick than fast and does not display the outstanding running skills outside tackle. Too small to be an interior back and does not stand out as a receiver to give him much consideration as a third down back. Free Agent.
