LeCharles Bentley | C | Ohio St. | Big Ten Conference
Selected by New Orleans Saints in round 2, pick 12 (44 overall)
Height Weight 40 Grade
6'3 299 5.15 3.68
Three-year starter who saw action at every position on the offensive line. All-Conference choice as a senior and named Big 10 Offensive Lineman of the Year, the first Buckeye to garner that award since Orlando Pace in 1996.

Big, tough thug in the middle of the offensive line. Built low to the ground, blocks with a wide base staying square and keeps the defender in front of him. Quick off the snap into his blocks, turns opponents out and controls defenders once engaged in a block. Effectively quarterbacks the offensive line and helps out teammates. Displays some ability to move in space but limited in his agility, blocking range and slow adjusting his body. Has difficulty with quicker, athletic opponents, not light on his feet, nor does he display great balance. Showed well at the combine and moved into the first day. Toughness, brains and versatility will get him drafted. Late Third Round.
