Former defensive lineman that has started the past three-years starter. Used at both guard and center since he was a redshirt sophomore and an All-Conference selection last year as a senior.

Dominant run blocking lineman also effective in pass protection. Blocks with a wide base, forward lean and strong in his lower body. Blocks down well on opponents, can chop block or move opponents off the line of scrimmage. Easily sustains his blocks for long periods. Quick picking up stunts or blitzes, displays adequate abilities to adjust his body and anchors in pass protection. Good power and jolt at the initial point of attack. Not quick or explosive off the snap nor is he light on his feet. Has difficulty blocking on the second level and better in confined quarters. Should be very effective in a system that employs zone blocking or does not ask their lineman to cover much area. A prospect who could be starting by the end of his rookie campaign. Late Second Round.
