Four-year starter who played guard and center for the Sun Devils. All-Conference selection the last three years. Freshman All-American in 1998.
Tough-as-nails pivot man who works hard through the whistle. Quick off the snap into his blocks, plays with forward lean and displays explosion at the point of attack. Strong in his upper body and jolts opponents with arm punch. Gets his hands up, stays square and keeps his feet moving throughout the play. Nasty and looks to finish off opponents. Quick getting out to the second level and shows some ability to play in space but lacks bulk, size and rarely gets movement from his run blocks. Also tends to play a little straight-legged. Does not have great size potential, but his tenacity and possibilities as a long snapper will make him attractive to some team. Late Sixth Round.
