Junior-college transfer that impacted the past two seasons as both a cornerback and return specialist. Defensive numbers were 48/3/10 as a senior after being a second team All-Conference choice the prior year when he totaled 39/3/12 on defense and averaged 5/16.6/0 returning punts.

Unheralded cornerback that could be a diamond in the rough. Smart, cognizant defender who knows where he is on the field, reads opposing quarterbacks and has them looking the other way. Effective backed off the line of scrimmage or if used in zone coverage. Fluid and smooth in his hips turning to run with opponents, uses his body to box out receivers and positions himself to make a play on the ball. Extends nicely and displays excellent hands going for the interception. Possesses a nice break on the ball, closing speed and works to get involved in the action. Not big or strong, gets beaten by larger wideouts and has difficulty in press coverage. Showed flashes as a punt returner but not much consistency. Overlooked because of less than desirable size/speed numbers but could be a very effective dime back at the next level and will definitely have the opportunity to stick around and play on Sundays. Free Agent.
