First-year starter last season as a senior, finishing the year with 84/12/3. Backed-up Carlos Polk early in his college career posting 14/3/1 and 14/1/0 as a junior and sophomore respectively. Awarded All-Academic honors Four-years running.

Relentless middle linebacker best moving up the field. Quick reading or anticipating the action, explosive filling the gaps in run defense and a tough guy that attacks the action. Fiery, hard-working but also disciplined and smart. Picks up his pass cover assignments and effectively covers tight ends in a small area. Slow shedding blocks, gets caught up in the traffic and not fast moving to the sidelines. Lacks a quick and fluid change of direction, does not get depth on his pass drops and shows minimal range. Possible backup middle linebacker who should be able to transfer his intensity onto special teams. Free Agent.
