Junior-college transfer forced into the starting lineup in 2000 after teammate Antuan Simmons was forced to red shirt for the season. Totaled 47/2/1 last year as a senior, after 39/2/7 the prior season.

Nice-sized corner that showed continual improvement the past two-years. Fluid turning to run with opponents, displays a burst of closing and recovery speed, working throughout the entire play to get involved in the action. Defends the run, wraps up tackling and quick arriving on the scene. Engages opponents off the line of scrimmage but not strong at the point and does not slow them up off the line. Slow reacting to the action and does not time or anticipate his pass defenses well. Prefers to side shuffle rather than back pedal off the snap of the ball, lacks the deep speed and slow turning back to make a play against the pass. Still developing but could eventually turn into a solid nickel or dime back at the next level. Free Agent.
