Tough, inside plugger coming off a solid senior campaign. Quick off the snap with a nice first step, plays low with leverage and displays a closing burst of speed bearing down on the ballcarrier. Keeps his feet driving forward, gets a lot of upfield push but also moves well laterally. Wraps up tackling and gives top effort. Stymied at the point of attack getting locked up in one-on-one blocking situations and occasionally turned out of the action. Really came on at the Senior Bowl then had a solid workout at the combine. Could fill the role of a rotational lineman at the next level and eventually move into a starting position if he adds strength. Late Third Round.
