Keeps his feet moving up the field, fights hard and holds his ground against blocks. Smart, immediately recognizes plays and diagnoses the action. Has a burst of closing speed to the ball and goes non-stop for sixty minutes. Lacks overall bulk, slow shedding blocks once engaged with opponents and not much of a pass rusher. Production numbers have not been outstanding, but he went from a non-entity to a late-round choice based upon last year.
