Round 7, pick 16 (230 overall)
BIO: Two-year starter that lined up at nose tackle but saw limited action at defensive end last season. Finished the year with 30 tackles, four tackles for loss and two sacks, also intercepting one pass. Junior totals were 52-7-5 after 34-4-0 as a sophomore.

POSITIVES: Quick, interior lineman who effectively stuffs the run. Displays a good first step off the snap, drives up the field and works to make a play. Slides off blocks laterally, displays a head for the ball and quick locating the action. Breaks down well and plays with leverage.

NEGATIVES: Lacks balance, speed and moved off the point by bigger opponents. Has a history of asthma which limited his effectiveness.

ANALYSIS: With more teams going to the three-four alignment has a chance to backup on the nose.

PROJECTION: Undrafted Free Agent
