Round 6, pick 36 (209 overall)
BIO: Former 230 pound defensive end who started 46 consecutive games at right tackle for San Jose State. Second-team All-Conference selection as a senior.

POSITIVES: Nasty run blocking lineman who works to destroy opponents. Starts with a wide base, works to stay square and keeps opponents in front of him. Easily knocks defenders from their pass rush angle or turns them out and opens holes for the running game. Keeps his feet moving, displays adequate skills to get straight out ahead on the second level. annihilating linebackers. Works to play with leverage.

NEGATIVES: Lacks adjustment, agility and balance in pass protection. Limited blocking range and does more stepping out to protect the edge in pass protection rather than sliding and shuffling his feet.

ANALYSIS: Offers the body type to add bulk and strength. The inability to play in space makes him a solid guard prospect.

PROJECTION: Early Sixth Round
