Round 6, pick 26 (199 overall)
BIO: Transferred from Coffeyville JC in 2001 and immediately made an. All-America and All-Conference selection last season after leading the OVC in every receiving category, posting 87 receptions for 1,453 yards and 15 TDs. Also averaged 21.4 yards on 12 kick returns. Junior totals were 70-1,090-11 as a receiver.

POSITIVES: Natural receiver that’s been very productive the past two seasons. Fluid releasing off the line of scrimmage, reads the defense and finds the open spot in the field. Extends his hands, catches the pass away from his frame and looks the ball in. Gets up vertically and adjusts nicely to the errant throw. Improved his route running skills as a senior and displays quickness into his breaks, staying low on exit then and positioning himself to make the reception.

NEGATIVES: Lacks top end speed or deep. Not a big bodied receiver who wins out in battles.

ANALYSIS: Lacks top size-speed numbers but productivity is hard to overlook and his versatility as a kick returner is a plus. Must play lights out next summer but has the skills to make a final roster.

PROJECTION: Undrafted Free Agent
