MICHAEL BRIGANDI
Position: C
Class: Sr
School: Hofstra
Conference: Atlantic 10
Ht., Wt.: 6'3, 305
40 Time: 5.45
Grade: 3.09

BIO: Four-year starter awarded All-American honors as a senior. Used at both left tackle and center in college and started 42 consecutive games at Hofstra.

POSITIVES: Big, tough, durable lineman best in confined quarters. Quick off the snap, plays with forward lean and fights hard with his hands. Nasty, works to finish the play and looks to bury opponents. Strong upper body, stays square and keeps opponents away from him. Anchors in pass protection and gets movement from his run blocks. Effective with the shot gun and has improved his ability to block with leverage.

NEGATIVES: Stiff, not a natural knee bender and lacks footwork or the ability to play in space. Sustains his blocks for only a short period and has only marginal movement skills.

ANALYSIS: Durability and toughness are a plus, but a limited athlete who lacks the great upside.

PROJECTION: Undrafted Free Agent
