BIO: Three-year starter at guard who saw action at tackle early in college. Surprised at the Scouting Combine turning in a terrific workout. POSITIVES: Nice-sized blocker who opens holes for the running game. Quick off the snap, strong at the point and works to finish his blocks. Moves defenders off the line, blocks down well on opponents and keeps the action in front of him. NEGATIVES: Bends at the waist or over extends, gets tall and more of an arm wrestler than leverage blocker. Lacks adjustment and not effective in space. ANALYSIS: Could back up for a power running game or be used in a zone blocking scheme. PROJECTION: Early Sixth Round
