Round 4, pick 26 (123 overall)
BIO: First-team All-Conference selection as a senior after totaling 46 tackles, two INTs and a team leading 21 pass breakups. Posted 40-1-17 and 21-2-10 as a junior and sophomore, respectively, spending both campaigns with the first unit. Top backup as a true freshman.

POSITIVES: Compact corner with top cover skills. Fluid transitioning off the line of scrimmage, stays in his back pedal and runs downfield with opponents. Displays solid instincts, reads the QB and fights to defend the throw. Comes up the field defending the run and works hard throughout the action.

NEGATIVES: Not tall, has problems with big, physical receivers and loses out in battles. Does not display good hands for the interception and drops too many passes that could be picks.

ANALYSIS: Lack of height coupled with the fact he is not used as a return specialist may limit his potential at the next level to be used exclusively in nickel packages or in zone coverage. Regardless, solid cover corner effective backed off the line of scrimmage.

PROJECTION: Late Third Round
