Conference: WAC
Ht., Wt.: 6'5½, 303

Selected by Seattle Seahawks
Round 3, pick 9 (73 overall)
BIO: Sophomore entry who moved to the offensive line last season and proceeded to start at left tackle. Played in 11 of 12 games at defensive tackle during 2001.

POSITIVES: Athletic lineman with the potential to be a dominant force at the next level. Bends his knees, plays with leverage and stays square. Patient, slides laterally in pass protection and keeps opponents in front of him. Jolts defenders with his arms, strong at the point and works his blocks. Anchors at the point or turns opponents out run blocking.

NEGATIVES: Not cognizant or quick in his head. Does not display good wherewithal or effectively use blocking angles.

ANALYSIS: Looked very natural as a blind side protector in a passing offense last season and immediately took to the position. Needs to refine the smaller details of the position but looks like he's well on his way to being a very good blocker.

PROJECTION: Early Second Round
