BIO: Second-team All-Conference choice who totaled 41 tackles, led the team with 14.5 tackles for loss and accumulated three sacks as a senior. Prior totals were 66-14-4 and 40-5-3 as a junior and sophomore, respectively, when he started every game. POSITIVES: Tough plugger on the inside who could be used in a two gap system. Works to stay low, holds his ground against blocks and gets push up the field. Technically sound with his hands, quick in his head and immediately locates the ball. Makes a lot of positive plays and constantly around the action. NEGATIVES: Not quick off the snap, lacks the fluid change of direction and burst of speed. Not light on his feet and 10ds to lumber. ANALYSIS: Plays bigger than his size and could be used at left defensive end or over tight end in a 34 defense. PROJECTION: Early Seventh Round
