Round 6, pick 39 (212 overall)
BIO: Junior-eligible and full-time starter last season at right tackle. Backed up Kurt Vollers the previous two seasons occasionally seeing action at both tackle spots.

POSITIVES: Nice-sized blocker coming off a solid junior campaign. Breaks down, bends his knees and plays with forward lean. Patient, stays square and effectively uses body positioning to wall defenders from the action. Adjusts then slides laterally and protects the edge. Quick getting his hands up and jolts opponents, displaying strength at the point of attack.

NEGATIVES: Not quick into his blocks, over extends and for the most part displays limited lateral range.

ANALYSIS: Moved to the forefront in 2002 and offers the size to be a dominant right tackle at the next level. Must physically mature and with only one full season of starting duty under his belt, needs a lot of repetition.

PROJECTION: Mid Fourth Round
