JOHN LEWIS
Position: WR
Class: Sr
School: Oklahoma St.
Conference: Big 12
Ht., Wt.: 5'11, 185
40 Time: 4.63
Grade: 2.72

BIO: Hinds Junior College transfer second on the team in receiving as a senior posting 34 receptions for 577 yards and six scores after 24-455-1 his first season in the program.

POSITIVES: Hard working, efficient pass catcher best in the underneath coverage. Goes over the middle, shields away opponents and extends his hands, catching the ball away from his frame. Strong and out muscles defenders, snaring the ball out of the air. Lays out for the tough grab and blocks for the run.

NEGATIVES: Lacks quickness, speed and only marginal route running skills.

ANALYSIS: Poor size-speed numbers will discount him from draft consideration but a practice squad player who’ll be given several looks.

PROJECTION: Undrafted Free Agent
