Conference: Big Ten
Ht., Wt.: 5'10½, 188

Selected by Dallas Cowboys
Round 6, pick 5 (178 overall)
BIO: Full-time starter last season totaling 72 tackles, five INTs and breaking up seven passes. Played a pair of games with the first team in 2001 registering 15 tackles while breaking up two passes. Top nickel back in 2000. Recently ran in the high 4.2 area.

POSITIVES: Good sized cover corner with top speed. Easily runs downfield with opponents, works well with the safety and displays the ability to plant and quickly break on the ball. Athletic, fluid and immediately recovers on the deep ball.

NEGATIVES: Lacks a feel for the position, late reacting and slow turning back to make a play on the ball. Cannot stay with opponents out of their breaks and gives up a lot of receptions in underneath coverage.

ANALYSIS: Progress has been slow and yet to prove himself as a complete football player but speed and athleticism make him worth bringing into camp.

PROJECTION: Mid Seventh Round
