Round 7, pick 30 (244 overall)
BIO: Started 13 games as a senior finishing second on the team with 107 tackles, also posting 10 tackles for loss, five sacks and breaking up 15 passes. Played in nine games as a junior, starting six when his tackling numbers were 59-3-8. Impacted the program as a true freshman when he started five games and totaled 67 tackles, registering the only two INTs he had in college.

POSITIVES: Nice-sized, athletic safety best defending the run. Physical, defeats blocks on his way up the field and squares into tackles wrapping up. Displays the ability to defend the pass in zone and aware of his assignments.

NEGATIVES: Has difficulty in man coverage, late reacting to the pass and lacks timing. Over pursues, gets caught out of position and does not take the best angles to the play.

ANALYSIS: Offers the size and mentality for strong safety. At the same time has been a productive special teams player in the past which bodes well for him at the next level.

PROJECTION: Undrafted Free Agent
