BIO: Starting middle linebacker for Arizona State the past three seasons after seeing ex10sive action with the first team as a true freshman. Posted 58 tackles, six tackles for loss and one sack as a senior, also recording an interception and three pass defenses. Junior numbers were 49-6-1 tackling with six pass defenses after 99-33-11 as a sophomore when he was honorable mention Pac-10. Started six games as a freshman posting 42 tackles before suffering a season ending injury to his right knee. POSITIVES: Explosive middle linebacker best stuffing the run. Quick moving up the field, athletic and flies around the football. Reads or anticipates the action, finds the ball and moves well laterally. Aggressive and works to force the action. NEGATIVES: Undersized and easily knocked off balance by the initial block. Has only a short area burst of speed and limited defending the pass.
