Round 7, pick 7 (221 overall)
BIO: Three-year starter productive as both a receiver and punt returner. Caught 40 passes for 784 yards with five TDs as a senior, also averaging 14.3 yards on 32 punt returns, bringing two back into the end zone. All-Conference selection the prior season after finishing with 52-682-9 as a receiver, averaging 14.5 yards on 32 punt returns with another pair of scores. Sophomore totals were 52-780-5 as a pass catcher.

POSITIVES: Diminutive receiver who's best shot at the next level is as a return specialist. Quick and fluid releasing off the line of scrimmage. A receiver who sells his routes and also shows quickness in or out of his breaks. Beats defenders with double moves, gets separation and catches the ball away from his body with solid technique. Concentrates on the field, timing his receptions well and displaying skill running in the open field. Comes back to the ball and works to make himself an available target for the QB. Very elusive when the ball is in his hands whether running after the catch or returning punts. Gives effort blocking for the running game.

NEGATIVES: Undersized and has great difficulty against larger defensive backs, losing out in battles. Does not display the strong hands and will have difficulty getting off the jam at the next level.

ANALYSIS: As a receiver, the fifth man on the depth chart at the next level, but his game impacting skills as a return specialist make him hard to overlook.

PROJECTION: Undrafted Free Agent
