Round 7, pick 35 (249 overall)
BIO: Four-year starter and All-Conference selection as a senior after earning second team honors following his junior campaign. Started 11 games for Northwestern as a sophomore before transferring to Colorado where he proceeded to start 13 games at center in 2001 before moving back to guard for his final campaign.

POSITIVES: Quick, durable lineman with the versatility to line up at several spots. Explosive off the snap, stays square and keeps opponents in front of him. Works to block with leverage, looks for someone to hit and fights hard. Displays hand jolt and controls opponents with his upper body once engaged at the point.

NEGATIVES: Only an adequate lower body strength and has trouble holding the point for an ex10ded period of time. Not fluid blocking on the move or effective on the second level.

ANALYSIS: A good reserve to have on the roster at the next level.

PROJECTION: Early Seventh Round
