RICHARD ALSTON
Position: WR
Class: Sr
School: East Carolina
Conference: C-USA
Ht., Wt.: 5'11, 210
40 Time: 4.62
Grade: 3.2

BIO: Former QB who totaled 36 receptions for 702 yards with six scores last season after 31-443-3 as a junior.

POSITIVES: Big bodied receiver with solid pass catching skills. Sees the field, finds the open spot in the defense and gets separation. Stays low exiting breaks, comes back to the ball and displays soft hands. Goes over the middle, makes the difficult catch in traffic and holds onto the ball in a crowd. Catches the pass in stride and displays a penchant for breaking it deep.

NEGATIVES: Not quick releasing off the line, lacks the consistent hands and all to of10 lazily lets the pass get inside of him. Does not time well in the forty.

ANALYSIS: Took well to the receiver position as a junior but did not have the senior campaign many thought he would. Flashed skill the past two seasons but must take his game to another level becoming more consistent to have any opportunity at the next level.

PROJECTION: Undrafted Free Agent
