AARON WALKER
Aaron Walker - TE Position: TE
Class: Sr
School: Florida
Conference: SEC
Ht., Wt.: 6'5½, 252
40 Time: 4.73
Grade: 3.55

Selected by San Francisco 49ers
Round 5, pick 26 (161 overall)
BIO: Second-team All-Conference selection as a senior after catching a career high 27 passes for 376 yards with four scores. Junior totals were 16-179-2 after 12-148-3 the prior year, when he initially moved into the starting lineup.

POSITIVES: Pass catching tight end who's done well in the Florida offense. Fluid, moves well laterally and extends to pull the ball out of the air. Looks the pass in, works to get open and makes the tough catch in traffic. Displayed a penchant to get downfield into the secondary for the long reception. Blocks with solid fundamentals.

NEGATIVES: Not quick off the snap, lacks strength at the point and thrown around by opposing linebackers at the line of scrimmage. Does not display a great sense of timing.

ANALYSIS: May never be a number one tight end for a squad but could be effective on the field during third down situations as an offensive weapon.

PROJECTION: Late Fourth Round
