BIO: Full-time starter as both a junior and senior after being a top backup his initial two seasons in the program. POSITIVES: Big, wide bodied blocker in the middle of the line. Plays with forward lean, takes up a lot of room and turns opponents off the ball. Stays square, looks to hit someone and works to finish his blocks. Extends his arms, keeps opponents away and displays general quickness in all aspects of his game. NEGATIVES: Gets tall, does not move well in space nor is he effective on the second level. Lacks adjustment and had problems controlling his weight in the past. ANALYSIS: Possibilities as a solid run blocking guard if he conditions himself properly and is prepared to play football year round. PROJECTION: Late Sixth Round
