BIO: Four-year starter used at both guard and right tackle. Second-team Big Ten choice as a junior and awarded All-Academic honors on several occasions. POSITIVES: Hard working lineman best in confined quarters. Bends his knees, plays with leverage and fights with his hands, working to finish off opponents. Quick setting in pass protection, stays square and jolts defenders with his hands. Some ability to get out to the second level and take linebackers out of the action. NEGATIVES: Does not move well in space, lacks adjustment and a strong base. Has difficulty finishing blocks. ANALYSIS: Tenacity and intelligence are his best attributes and give him an outside shot to make the two deep. PROJECTION: Mid Seventh Round
