Round 5, pick 38 (173 overall)
BIO: Started every game he dressed for since he was a red-shirt freshman. Second-team All-Conference selection as a senior after being first team All-League choice the prior year.

POSITIVES: Big, powerful blocker with a good feel for the position. Bends his knees, sets with a wide base and works to stay low. Uses body positioning to wall-off opponents, effectively uses blocking angles and a patient lineman who does not overextend into defenders. Easily controls opponents at the point of attack using his hands to keep them away or engulfing smaller defenders. Keeps the play in front of him, cognizant of what is happening on the field and plays smart football.

NEGATIVES: Lacks balance, adjustment and not explosive off the snap. Not light on his feet and marginal blocking range.

ANALYSIS: Has room to grow and could be a dominating run blocking tackle on the right side in time.

PROJECTION: Early Third Round
