CURTIS RANDALL
Position: OLB
Class: Sr
School: La. Tech
Conference: WAC
Ht., Wt.: 6'2, 225
40 Time: 4.68
Grade: 3.31

BIO: Three-year starter who began his career as a defensive end. All-Conference selection as a senior totaling 77 tackles with 13 1/2 tackles for loss, three sacks and five pass defenses. 44-9-3 as a junior and a second team All-League pick.

POSITIVES: Fluid linebacker with the athleticism necessary to play on the weak side. Easily moves about the field, displays excellent range and makes plays in every direction. Quick picking up his assignments, immediately alters his angle of attack and scrapes well laterally or gets depth on his pass drops.

NEGATIVES: Slow shedding blocks and handled by fullbacks at the point of attack. Late reacting when the ball's in the air and not instinctive in pass defense.

ANALYSIS: Flashes skill but better making plays forwards than in reverse and needs to improve his play in pass defense with his body type.

PROJECTION: Undrafted Free Agent
