BIO: Starter the past two seasons at center. Second-team All-Conference choice in 2002.

POSITIVES: Intelligent blocker best in confined quarters. Quick off the snap, works to stay square and fights throughout the play. Strong upper body, turns opponents out or controls them once engaged at the point of attack.

NEGATIVES: Bends at the waist, stiff and lacks balance. Does not block with leverage and more of an arm wrestler. Not effective in space or on the second level.

ANALYSIS: Offers a good feel for the position but a marginal athlete with limited upside.
