Round 5, pick 4 (139 overall)
BIO: Wildcats top receiving since he was a true sophomore. Posted career numbers of 93 receptions for 1,389 yards with eight scores as a senior and named first team All-Conference. Averaged 14 yards on 16 punt returns. Junior numbers were 62-882-8 as a receiver after 45-626-3 the prior year, also averaging 10 yards on 26 punt returns. Caught 30 passes as a true freshman.

POSITIVES: Natural receiver with an exceptional feel for the game. Solid route runner who displays quickness out of his breaks, gets separation from defenders and comes back to the ball, making himself an available target for the QB. Extends his hands and snatches the ball away from his frame. Finds the open spot in the defense, sneaks it downfield on occasion and times his deep receptions nicely. Extends or lays out for the difficult reception and exposes himself over the middle in order to make the reception. Catches the pass in stride, displays excellent concentration and always looking to pick up positive yardage, keeping the play in bounds running after the reception. Very active ball handler as both a receiver or return specialist.

NEGATIVES: Does not possess the downfield speed or second gear, lacks the strong hands and slightly built which results in losing out to bigger opponents battling for the tough grab.

ANALYSIS: Abilities to find the open spot in the defense and get separation should help him fit in as a slot receiver at the next level with his return skills being an added bonus.
