BIO: Started the past two seasons at safety after seeing limited action early in college. Finished his senior season with 69 tackles, two INTs and one pass defense after 28 tackles and a single interception the prior year. Preformed brilliantly at the Scouting Combine including a pair of 40s in the low 4.4 area and 29 repetitions on the bench at 225-pounds. POSITIVES: Smart center fielder with good size-speed numbers. Disciplined, reads the action and goes sideline-to-sideline. Stays with the play and rarely caught out of position. Above-average ball skills and always willing to lay his body on the line to make the tackle. NEGATIVES: Not quick, sudden or efficient and lacks recovery speed. Only limited playing experience and does not stand out in any single aspect of his game. ANALYSIS: May be a late bloomer who needs time to develop on the football field. Most likely a practice squad player who could find his way onto a roster via special teams. PROJECTION: Late Fourth Round
