Position:QB Class: Sr School:
San Diego St. Conference:
MWC Ht., Wt.: 6'2, 216 40 Time: 5.05 Grade: 3.02
BIO: Two-year starter who played in only seven games last year after sustaining a high ankle sprain. Produced passing numbers of 51 percent/1,320/5/9. Broke out during his junior campaign totaling 60.2 percent/3,253/17/9. Began his college career at Texas in 1999 before transferring to SDSU in 2000.
POSITIVES: Resilient quarterback that showed flashes of productivity in college. Quickly sets up in the pocket, throws with an over-the-top delivery and immediately gets the ball out of his hands. Patient, buys time in the pocket and has a good sense of where receivers are on the field. Displays poise, good judgment and does not throw the bad interception. Accurate in the short game and eludes the rush to make positive plays.
NEGATIVES: Marginal arm strength and downfield accuracy. Beset by injuries in college and has never completed a season fully healthy.
ANALYSIS: Hall combines solid intangibles as a signal-caller but had his development hampered by injuries and did not have the senior campaign that was expected. Free agent prospect that could be headed to Europe where he can develop his skills.
