BIO: Junior-college transfer who totaled 21/498/3 receiving last season after 7/193/2 the prior year. POSITIVES: Elusive pass-catcher that made major strides as a senior. Fluid releasing off the line, moves well laterally and nicely times receptions. Agile, adjusts to the pass and makes the reception in stride. Quick into routes, gets separation and looks the ball into his hands. NEGATIVES: Lacks the get up and go speed or ability to stretch the defense. Not instinctive and lacks awareness. Rounds off patterns and choppy into breaks. Not always properly positioned when exiting routes to make the reception. ANALYSIS: Though mildly productive, Fletcher made gains last season and showed signs of becoming a solid NFL prospect. Unpolished in many aspects, he is a player to be considered for the practice squad. PROJECTION: Undrafted Free Agent
