BIO: Monterey Peninsula JC transfer that started the past two seasons at Nevada. Posted 35/594/2 in eight games last season after 18/233/3 the prior year.
POSITIVES: Nice-sized wide out with solid size-speed for the next level. Fluid releasing off the line, runs well laterally and adjusts to the errant throw, looking the pass into his hands. Tracks the pass nicely timing receptions and gets up in traffic for the difficult catch. Comes back to the ball and shields opponents away with his frame.
NEGATIVES: Lacks sudden speed and does not stretch the defense deep. Does not grade out well in the areas of running after the reception or blocking.
ANALYSIS: A receiver prospect with good athleticism, Mann is still in the developing stages of his game. Needs a lot more experience and repetition but has the underlying skills to develop into a productive fourth receiver for an NFL team.
