BIO: Two-year starter who primarily played special teams early in college. Finished his senior season with 12 receptions for 205 yards, after 17/279/2 the prior year.
POSITIVES: Short, athletic tight end that times well for the stop watch. Settles into the open spot on the field, occasionally stretches the defense and looks the pass in. Reliable hands and occasionally flashes dominance. Stays square and walls defenders from the action as a blocker, displaying pop at the point.
NEGATIVES: Lacks the quick release off the line, does not always play to his timed speed and rarely involved in the passing game. Not strong at the point, lacks blocking balance and stiff. Does not adjust well to the errant throw, nor does he always make himself an available target.
ANALYSIS: A prospect with good size-speed numbers, Fullerton was expected to step up as a senior but never did, and is a fringe free agent as of now.
